Job Title: Senior Lawyer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Skill / Job Responsibilities
- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
- Developing and leading corporate compliance programs
- Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
- Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large
Requirements
- Minimum of LL.B Degree from a reputed University, with a minimum of second class upper. - LL.M Degree
- 10 years’ minimum experience of post-qualification to have worked in a corporate law firm.
- Must be based in Port Harcourt
- Must have an advanced understanding of company operations, commercial transactions, research and litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact across to the board and management with confidence and authority.
- Ability to deal with complex problems & ability in applying judgment and independent reasoning in situations where applicable precedence and laws may not exist.
