Job Title: Night Duty Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Takes full control of the operations of the hotel in the night.
• Meet and greet arriving guest.
• Attend to guest complaints professionally.
• Attend to requisition and ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor and ensure personnel are at their duty post actively.
• Ensure all security personnel are at alert and active.
• Report all activities of the night including sales to the general manager daily.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 - 10 years work experience.
• Must have general knowledge of hotel operations.

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 monthly
