Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Welcoming of Visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering referring inquiries
- Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directors, giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Screen phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Arranging couriers
Qualification
- A minimum of OND in Arts and Humanities, Social sciences etc
- A minimum of second class lower division/Equivalent
- Must be resident in Lagos
- No experience is required
