Job Title: Admin / HR Officer

Location: Ikoyi - Lagos and Bayelsa
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are looking for an Administrator with superb communication and administration skills.
  • The Administrator will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, corresponding, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws, filloing all company reated documents etc.

Responsibilities

  • Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
  • Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
  • Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
  • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of business management.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Must be approachable and helpful.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
