We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Officer will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management and meet with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and securing business opportunities.
  • Coordinating business generation activities and developing customised sales strategies
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to clients.
  • Collaborating with business. development manager to secure, retain, and grow existing accounts.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
  • Working closely with the business development manager to generate new business within large accounts.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Interested in driving sales in HR consulting/ outsourcing
  • 1-3years experience in sales and marketing preferably from Outsourcing/HR consulting firm will be an added advantage
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
