Job Description
- Our client is in urgent need of an ambitious and experienced Real Estate Marketing Executive who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy to identify and get potential leads
- Overseeing the progress of advertisement campaign and sales activities
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
- 3 - 7 years work experience.
- Experience in marketing strategy development for Properties & Real Estate Developments
- Expertise with project management software and CRM systems
- Relevant professional certification such as Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM) or similar will be an added advantage.
