We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Oversee security of buildings.
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs.
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, security, cleaners etc.) and external contractors.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
• 5 years experience as a facility manager.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
• Good analytical/critical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
