Job Title: Logistic and Sales Administrator

Location: Ogijo - Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

• Proper making of proforma invoices & Emailing.
• Way bill making and checking
• Keeping all documents in the proper way in the file.
• Liaison & Ensuring with the transporter regarding the dispatch.
• Tracking the vehicles inside and outside the factory.
• Short term arrange the vehicle for the customer.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in any field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory or procurement.
• Ability to bargain with the transporter about the price.
• Computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel).
