Job Title: Training and Development Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all retail employees, including new hires and existing staff
- Identify training needs through regular assessments and feedback from store management and employees
- Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
- Work closely with managers to ensure all employees are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development
- Strong instructional design and delivery skills
- Experience with various training methods and technologies, including e-learning and blended learning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles.
