Job Title: Legal Practitioner
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Warri.
Job Descriptions
- Conduct research on and analyze legal problems and issues
- Prepare/draft and review deeds, agreements, contracts (legal/commercial) and real estate agreements
- Conduct client interviews, Company Secretarial Services
- Court appearances and conduct of cases in court
- Liaise with clients, in-house counsel of clients and potential clients; and
- Other legal matters
Job Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Minimum of Second Class)
- Barrister-at-Law (BL)
- At least 5 years, post NYSC, legal work experience, from a reputable law firm or within the Legal department of a reputable and structured business organisation
- Ability to perform basic/general legal analysis
- Strong & effective business communication (verbal and writing skills), Computer Literate
- Ability to plan and execute complex assignments.
- Demonstrated business acumen and superior judgment
