We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Process Auditor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles and Responsibilities 

• The Process Auditor will be responsible for recording, measuring, and reporting compliance to established processes within the organization.
• To record, measure, and report compliance to established processes within the organization including Production Process, Fulfilment Process, Value Creation Process, Operations Strategy Process (4DX) among others.
• Observe employees and identify areas of compliance and areas in need of improvement
• Compare employees’ work to established procedures
• Engage with employees regarding observations both positive and negative.
• Verify finished production meets client’s requirements and specification
• Confirm compliance with documentation practices.
• Work with various departments to solve problems directly related to processes and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 4 years of working experience as a Process Auditor
• Our preference is First class and Second class Upper division at least.
• Attention to details
• Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, and reporting tools (e.g MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to adapt to continuous improvement and process changes.
