Requirements
- First Degree in any field
- Must have a good English accent
- Must be fluent in Hausa, French or German
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills communication skills
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good knowledge of call center telephony and technology (an added advantage)
- Call Centre experience (an added advantage)
- Good data entry and typing skills with 30 WPM
- Good knowledge of administration and clerical processes
