Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketers to generate sales for our existing and potential clients mainly by cold calling.
• You will be responsible for influencing potential customers or business owners to buy services.
• A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive.
• You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
• The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
• Our overall goal is to promote business growth, generate profits by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities

• Call potential customers to sell our social media optimization packages
• Share the selling points and benefits of brand awareness
• Answers questions about our Digital Marketing Services
• Recommends social media optimization Services based on their business needs. Complete sales orders and notifies all senior Marketing Executive
• Ensure and record all work related feedbacks on our CRM
• Keep all contacts and financial information confidential of our customers.

Requirements and skills

• Cndidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• You must have a quiet work station, stable internet and constant Power Supply
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), Virtual telephone systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Folders, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Be Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer and gatekeepers rejections.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
