We are a 4 Star Hotel managed by an International brand, and we are currently seeking for professional people to join our team in the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Income Auditor


Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
  • To prepare day sales reports, reconciling opera (PMS), micros (P0s) and transaction documents
  • Review all Guest ledger items daily and clear all balances
  • Review daily market segmentation and make amendment to miscoding
  • To reconcile all posting sheets
  • Daily check on POS for open checks and follow up with cashiers
  • To process payment of all local purchase order
  • To code all invoice and post to correct GL
  • To maintain adequate filling rerecords for review on suppliers
  • To prepare the accounts payable withholding tax schedule and submit to IRS
  • To review and report any discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders
  • To post all petty cash balances
  • To assist accountant with monthly preparations of accounts
  • Coding of all invoices
  • To confirm daily float
  • To ensure all outlets re venue are posted and reconciled
  • Night auditor to reconcile each meal period in the PMS versus P05
  • To monitor guest credit limit
  • To ensure that guest ledger are cleared on a daily basis
  • To collect cash related transaction
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must have worked with a 5star or 4star international brand
  • A University degree or its equivalent with a minimum of 2nd class lower, other related professional qualifications/certifications would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in relevant position applied for and 5 years managerial experience
  • Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills, Strong communication skills, teamwork and Integrity.
