Job Description
- Client service executives should be able to act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments for their organization.
- Interact with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, as well as interact with other employees to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
