Job Description

• Controlling and directing the food preparation processes
• Manage food costing and inventory
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Conversant with local and inter-continental dishes experience.

Requirements

• Must have a culinary School Degree.

Experience:

• 3-5 years in Hospitality Industry.
