Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a new pharmaceutical and medical devices importation company with headquarters in Onitsha but with key dealers in the Southern market. Their focus is to break into the Nigerian market aggressively in 2023.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Sales Manager - Pharma

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Participate in procurement of its trading products
  • Coordinate effective costing of its products
  • Interface with regulatory authorities like NAFDAC, etc
  • Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its product lines across all the open markets, hospitals, pharmacies and institutions first in the South East and South-South.
  • Source for new customers and manage the relationships of old and existing clients ensuring that the customers increase on regular basis.
  • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure reconciliation of customers’ accounts on regular basis.
  • Recruit and lead the sales personnel towards effective coverage of their territory

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in the Sciences like Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Industrial Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy, etc.
  • MBA
  • At least eight years Pharmasales experience, three of which must be in RSM or NSM capacity

Other Conditions:

  • Knowledge of procurement and costing modalities is compulsory
  • They understand the whole rudiments of marketing, sales and relationship management process.
  • Ability to prepare product literature
  • They must possess competence in detailing, clinical meeting presentations
  • They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity and leadership skills to achieve set targets.
  • Ideal candidates should presently reside or can easily procure accommodation in Onitsha and environ.
  • Knowledge of the East and South-South market is mandatory
  • Must age less than 45 years
