Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handling of statutory payment remittances: VAT, WHT, P.A.Y.E,
• Weekly and Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
• Posting payment vouchers
• Listing and posting of fixed assets and asset register management
• Petty Cash Reimbursement and disbursement
• Handling of sales pick-up, documentation and lodgement
• Management of fund flow weekly updates
• Manage general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Participate in financial audits
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Assist with budget preparation
• Review and implement financial policies

Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or other related with 2 - 5 years’ work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Sharp time management skills
• Good communication skills.
