We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Assistant (Inventory)
Location: Idu Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Keep accurate and timely records of stock balances (Materials and Spare parts)
- Book Keeping: Take records of daily material and spare parts consumption
- Identify discrepancies in SAP balance and physical counts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
- Taking stock counts daily, weekly and monthly
- Reporting stock-outs, minimum stock levels to the Purchasing manager
- Keeps record of new purchases and receive items into store physically and on SAP software
- Reconciling with Purchasing Dept on new orders and payments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience
Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / Month.
