Job Description
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Filling of all office documents as assigned to you.
- Managing office inventory, receipts, payment and files
- Maintaining effective records and administration.
- Arrange travel visas and accommodations.
- Assisting the staff/executives with company projects and tasks.
- Scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Circulating approved minutes, agendas and reports.
- Maintaining effective records and administration.
Job Requirments
- Minimum of an HND Certificate.
- Gender: Female.
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Excellent communication skills and verbal skills.
- Great organization, time management and prioritization skills.
- Computer literate.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with current content management systems.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Proven work experience as a front desk Office Representative or similar role.
- Great customer service attitude.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
