We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
  • Filling of all office documents as assigned to you.
  • Managing office inventory, receipts, payment and files
  • Maintaining effective records and administration.
  • Arrange travel visas and accommodations.
  • Assisting the staff/executives with company projects and tasks.
  • Scheduling meetings and conferences.
  • Circulating approved minutes, agendas and reports.
  • Maintaining effective records and administration.

Job Requirments

  • Minimum of an HND Certificate.
  • Gender: Female.
  • 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and verbal skills.
  • Great organization, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with current content management systems.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Proven work experience as a front desk Office Representative or similar role.
  • Great customer service attitude.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Salary
N30,000 monthly
