Job Description
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problem.
- Demonstrate self-motivational driven in learning new technologies as they apply
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Accept full responsibility for all safety procedures
- Have excellent communication skill and confidently and efficiently communicate with all level of staff
- Identifying hardware and software solution
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Provide accurate and timely customer feed back
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
- Accessing, installing and fixture using hand, tools and power tools
- Providing technical advice and guidance to clients and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND Certificate with 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Previous experience as a skilled technical personnel
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Team players
- Great leadership skills.
