Kids 'R Key Academy a fast-growing private educational institution working on the total development of children by providing early child education in a safe and secured environment. We require the services of qualified, highly motivated, experienced and focused individuals for urgent engagement. We are located in Kasarana (after Gwarinpa ) Abuja.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Driver
Location: Ipent 7 Estate, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Driving children and staff daily to their desired destinations
- Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean
- Using navigation apps to determine the best route
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
- Pick up kids from their homes and drive them home after school
- Obey all traffic rules and regulation
- Maintain speed limit set by the institution
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic needed
- Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
- Assist in other jobs as will be directed by supervisor
Requirements
- SSCE and Basic English communication ability
- Proven experience as a Driver
- A valid driver’s license
- Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Availability to occasionally take weekend shifts
- A polite and professional disposition
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
Salary
N20,000 - N30,000 monthly.
