Job Title: Patrol Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Ensuring that all guards are assigned to beats and they understand their duties and responsibilities.
• Ensuring that guards remain in their assigned beats.
• Ensuring that all applicable operational instructions, procedures, and policies that affect the performance of duty are adhered to.
• Manage crises that may arise within assigned locations.
• Carry out a daily patrol of assigned locations to ensure operational activities are running smoothly.
• Maintain strict discipline among and throughout the guard force.
• Responsible for the distribution of invoices, and letters to clients in the area assigned.
• Prepare and write patrol reports, incidence reports, and weekly activity reports for the operations manager.
• Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Manager or Executive Director.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degree.
• 3-5 years work experience as a patrol officer with a security company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in computer - MS Word, MS Excel.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to ride a motorcycle and drive a car.
• Able to use initiative and work under less supervision.
• Able to Manage guards attitude and supervise guards.
• Pays attention to details.
