Baker at Mi-Bread

Mi-Bread, a sub-product of Meziefields Investment Services Limited, is a known brand of Bread in and arround Choba and Rumuokoro in Rivers State.

As part of our business expansion programs, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Baker

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Open the bakery early in the morning
• Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
• Weigh the flour and other ingredients to prepare the dough
• Bake different bread types, like croissants, baguettes, etc
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
• Track food supplies and place orders, as needed
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to bake, bread.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE qualification with 3 - 8 years relevant work experience.
