Perfection Motor, a subsidiary of the Lee Group of companies, was established in partnership with FAW China. Perfection Motor was given the sole rights to market FAW heavy duty Trucks in Nigeria. Since our inception in 2013 we have made great strides in ensuring that we will be ready to serve our market by establishing our head office alongside a fully equipped workshop, parts department and not to mention an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Parts Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse ptoductivity
• Scrutinizing incoming spare part orders to insure that part numbers/ description correlate to what is physically received and stock counts balance to the waybills and other shipping documents
• To ensure that the incoming spare part orders are accurately receipted on the DMS system
• Responsible for the labelling of spare parts and the upkeep of all bin and storage area identification signage
• Ensure that spare parts orders for customers and workshops are completed accurately and with upmost urgency, whilst complying with all company policies and procedures and that security protocols are enforced
• To ensure that the outgoing spare part orders are accurately receipted on the DMS system.
• Responsible for inventory control and reporting, inclusive of arranging and managing quarterly and yearly stocktakes or as requested by the company Accountant
• Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping
• Ensure that all material handling equipment is in good order and comply with all safety and maintenance standards
• Maintain the control the control of physical documentation and to keep all document files in good order
• Working in close collaboration with the accountant to ensure customer payments are confirmed and recorded on the DMS system
• Must also ensure that all company policies regarding account payments is strictly adhered to.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years experience

Salary
N75,000 - N90,000 / Month.
