Just-Will Business Solutions is a travel agency and consulting company in Lagos state that provides travel and tourism-related services to the general public travel packages and funding for clients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Travel Consultant (Remote)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Responding to inquiries about our company's services and offerings.
• Determining each client's requirements, including destinations, length of stay, and transit time.
• Ensuring that clients pay the deposit before you commence with bookings or travel funds.
• Informing clients about the terms and conditions for travel funds requests.
• Selecting the most appropriate transport based on the available finances, requisite departure and arrival times, and preferred duration of transit.
• Securing accommodation that is best suited to the budget and location of choice.
• Informing the client regarding travel funds for educational, and business needs.

Skills

• First Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a similar relevant field.
• Passionate about travel and tourism.
• Good sales and presentation skills
• Strong marketing and cross-selling skills
• IT Savvy
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of different tourism offerings and products
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage.
