Job Title: Software Sales Executive

Role Summary
- As a sales executive, you will help build up business by identifying new business prospects, creating opportunities, meeting high-profile potential and existing clients, introducing products, and performing stakeholder management to ensure that customers always drive the best value from solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple mediums such as email, phone calls, trade shows, and channel partner relationships.
- Execute prospecting activities associated with the company’s marketing plan and specific marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and high-profile prospects
- Update and support the company CRM tool with all relevant details associated with prospecting activities
- Responsible for managing your assigned territory and achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Qualify prospects and new sales leads
- Assist in establishing effective sales strategies and tactics that result in new business generation and expanding current business within the assigned territory
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
- Generating 10-20 direct customer meetings per month through different sources
- Driving new product sales
- Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieving the assigned sales volume
- Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
- Cold-calling to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- Identifying and developing new business through networking, digital campaign, and courtesy and follow-up calls
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
- Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
- Achieve annual sales targets and average monthly revenue quotas consistently.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
- 3 or more years of sales experience in software sales and a track record of achieving targets
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
- Extensive experience utilizing a CRM to manage individual key performance metrics
- Experience building and managing territory & strategic account plans
- Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Proven ability to make a positive impact outside of the individual role
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
- Highly confident and excellent communication skills to engage high-profile prospects.
- Must meet your monthly KPI target or average.
Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / month.
