Job Description

• We are hiring result oriented to our growth team to help us stimulate sales growth. In this position, you will be responsible for both reseller acquisition and customer retention.
• On the retention side, you will need to focus on customer relationship management.
• While sales and marketing skills are important, you must also be able to keep our existing resellers and users comfortable to always use our services.

Job Responsibilities

• Onboard new resellers and users for daily transactions.
• As a direct sales associate, you will get free reseller account to promote and sell data card pin.
• Offer AlabasterPay coupon to reseller.
• Follow up with the existing and new resellers and users to achieve transaction quotas.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly target.

Job Requirements

• He/She must be a Graduate with or without work experience.
• He/She must be customer centric.
• He/She must be tech savvy and have good interpersonal skills.
• He/She must be able to work with or without supervision.
