Job Description

• A Collection Agents' primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and whatsapp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts. To speak with them persuasively.

Requirements

• OND qualification with 1-3 years experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Flexibility in handling computer (Computer literate)
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary
N60,000 / Month.
