Job Description
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel.
- Putting in place effective logistics for the clearing of heavy-duty technical machines
- Perform basic bookkeeping and banking transactions, including the collection, counting, and disbursement of money.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification with 2 - 13 years of work experience.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
