Job Description
- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients
- Head the marketing and sales team
- Drive sales for the company
- Develop a working marketing system with results
- Recruit marketing workforce when necessary.
- B2B and B2C marketing
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Report weekly/monthly on the status of marketing activities
- Document and pursue lead/customer intelligence.
- Other related duties that will be assigned
Criteria & Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND
- Hands-on experience as a marketer/sales officer
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales and B2C
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the fashion/music industry
- Tech-savvy
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, teammates, and management
