We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Analyst / Client Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Objective

  • The role is for a Financial Analyst/Client Relationship Manager with an Advisory and Issuing House registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Head, Financial Advisory and will support the firm in various aspects relating to investment, transaction advisory, deal sourcing and project financing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models for capital raising and project financing.
  • Represents the company externally to enhance and strengthen the company's profile and optimizes all business development opportunities.
  • Generate new businesses and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assessment of Financial Statement to support corporate and investment decision making.
  • Development of bid materials including proposals and Expression of Interest
  • Relationship management with Corporate Clients
  • Assist with capital raising and various investor relations requests.
  • Formulate recommendations and action plans for investments based on financial analysis
  • Conduct investment and market research
  • Creation of periodic economic analysis and forecasts.
  • Generate new businesses and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Source funds required for the company’s operations
  • Manage relationship with HNI and Corporate Organisation

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance and related courses
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related role.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
