Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Managing all kitchen staff and facilities, coordinate all the kitchen activities for effective service delivery, development menu suitable for all ages, ensure best practice and Standard in production of food, develop and analyse cost price for each menu, develop and maintain food portioning management, develop and maintain inventory of stuff, establish and maintain effective store management, ensure quality control of all food produce.
• Ensure team work and collaboration, supervision of hygiene and safety procedures, must have knowledge of bakery, Nigeria and continental dishes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 10 years work experience.

Salary
N60,000 - N110,000 / month.
