Bake & Brew Limited is the operator of Bountee Bakery, a fast growing bakery in Magodo Phase 2, Lagos State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Sales Attendant

Job Summary

• As the Sales Attendant, you will work alongside team members in ensuring customers have a wonderful experience, deliver quality service and maintaining relationships with customers.

Job Description

• We are currently looking for friendly and energetic Sales Attendantswith passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing passionate, pleasant and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is givento their issues/complaints
• Ensure sales entries are correctly captured and receipts are issued to customers
• Operate the point of sale system
• Keep records of cash flow
• Work with colleagues to package & present products for display
• Clean store and maintain outstanding store ambience at all times in line with health and safety requirements
• Take daily stock of inventory and report to the store manager
• Any other tasks related to the role as assigned.

Requirements

• SSCE / OND in any discipline.
• Must be computer literate, working knowledge of Point of sales software, and use of POS machines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Energetic & friendly.
• Preference will be given to candidates around Magodo Phase 2 and its environ

Demonstrable Skills and Competence:

• Ability to maintain a calm and polite posture in stressful situations
• Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
• High level of professionalism & integrity.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
