We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• The ideal candidate must have worked in courier company
• The ideal candidate must have worked directly with the riders and know how to handle them.
• The ideal candidate must understand Lagos metropolitan areas region by region for effectively sharing of jobs to riders
• The ideal candidate will do all logistics jobs in the office and any others job assign to you in the office from time to time .
• The ideal candidate must have customer relationship management characters.
• The right candidate must leave around Abule egba and it's environment.
