Halifield Schools founded in 1996 was initially situated on Salami Street, Mende until 2003 when it relocated to its permanent premises on Oki Lane, Maryland, Lagos. In 2009, Halifield commenced a secondary school which is a preparatory ground for university entry and a grooming centre for adolescents.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Driver
Locations: Maryland & Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Admin
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the staff/students of the school
- Check the state of the school vehicles daily
- Check the vehicle document(s) and recommend when due
- Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicles
- Ensure the general maintenance of the vehicles.
- Put up requisition and buy fuel for the vehicles.
Key Performance Indicators
- Level of complaint on dangerous driving
- Number of accidents ( either minor or major)
- Timeliness of reporting damages
- Turnaround time on repairs.
Education and Work Experience
- Minimum of Second School Leaving Certificate
- Five - ten years driving experience
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Skills and Competences:
- Demonstrate ability to work with children
- Exhibit good knowledge of major roads in Lagos
- Flair for repairs.
