Our Lady of Hope Montessori School is a Christian Montessori school dedicated to following Christ as well as the spiritual and academic development of the whole child through a smooth blend of the Montessori method of education and the Nigerian national curriculum of education. Founded in 2016 by Mrs 'Sola Okunkpolor alongside other like minds committed to changing the face of education beginning for their locality with a vision to spread to as many other places as possible, the school is approved and registered under the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Job Summary

• Intern to work closely with personal brand to develop and implement strategies and content to boost brand awareness ,engagement and increase revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of an executive Intern include:

• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
• Create weekly and monthly content calendars to promote personal brands on various social media and websites.
• Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, and videos on social media and website.
• Track social media and website engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
• Work with personnel on live and online events
• Manage content scheduling platforms and websites.
• Perform social media marketing research.
• Attend all events to capture video footage
• Source items for creating content in line with personal brand goals
• Follow the Personal brand daily for his/her events & shoots.
• Respond /reply to comments and DMs on social media platforms
• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content in line with personal brand goals.
• Create compelling graphics to share across social media platforms and websites.
• Write social media captions that speak to the personal brand’s target audience.
• Edit content ahead of delivery timelines
• Help create and edit short-form videos for social media and website.
• Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
• Assist with photo/video content shoots
• Ensure the brand message is consistent and top-notch.

Work Schedule:

• Available to work physically Monday-Friday and some weekends
• Virtually-All the time -Weekdays and Weekends.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Skill Set Required:

• Ensure the brand message is consistent
• Computer literate
• Good Oral and Written skills
• Willing to learn and friendly.
• Social media and tech-savvy.
• Excellent command of the English Language
