We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Analyst, Policy & Legal Compliance

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Support the implementation of a company-wide risk-based compliance program.
  • Identify, assess, monitor and report all material policy and legal compliance risks.
  • Develop training materials and support training awareness exercises.
  • Assist with the maintenance, implementation and improvement of the corporate governance framework
  • Perform functions in line with the Compliance Charter.
  • Ensure all compliance reviews are performed timely, are adequate and appropriately documented.
  • Draft and/or review documentation as required.
  • Perform compliance checks; review internal due diligence and vendor registration documents.
  • Review, analyze and provide quality assurance on documents as required.
  • Assist with administrative duties.
  • Support the execution, submission and/or filing of letters, reports and other documents as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • First Degree; Law (LLB, BL), Social Science or Finance Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience.

Knowledge:

  • Good business acumen.
  • Excellent knowledge of international and local regulations.
