Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the production of food & beverages in strict compliance to quality and food safety standards.
- Achieve stable quality product and data integrity
- Ensure the timely and accurate inspection of production process and analysis of the semi-finished product and validation.
Duties
- Ensure that non-conforming products are quarantined without delay with prompt analysis.
- Monitoring of all identified CCPs to ensure critical limits are not exceeded
- Ensure effective Good Housekeeping in workplace and personal hygiene.
- Monitoring of all identified CCPs to ensure critical limits are not exceeded.
- Monitor and supervise the weighing and mixing process with proper tagging and ensure that food safety hazards are not introduced into the system.
- Ensure that the production operatives adhere strictly to instructions stated in the SOPs, Work Aids and Work Instructions.
- Achieve daily assessment of weighing room, filling and general factory.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience.
