We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing financial reports,
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned
• Manage all administrative aspects of the assignment including but not limited to account profiles
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable
• Creating and processing invoices 
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• Summarize all cash requests as approved by the MD,
• Receive all invoices for jobs completed by Vendors
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Maintain Banking Relations
• Coordinate and complete annual audits

Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related course
• ICAN/ACCA Membership required
• Over 8 years related work experience
