Job Title: Intern
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose
- As the Intern, you will be expected to assist the creative Director and Assistant Editor in the delivery of projects from start finish.
Key Result Areas
- Information collection and management.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
- check source documents for accuracy.
- verify data and correct data where necessary.
- obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- update data and delete unnecessary files.
- combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
- enter data from source documents intprescribed computer database, files and forms.
- transcribe information intrequired electronic format.
- scan documents intdocument management systems or databases.
- check completed work for accuracy.
- store completed documents in designated locations.
- maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
- respond trequests for information and access relevant files.
- print information when required.
- comply with data integrity and security policies.
- maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of B.S.c or HND Age range: 22-35 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, time, people and project management skills, as well as knowledge of financial and budgetary management.
