Job Title: Content Moderator Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Our client requires Hausa Supervisors for immediate hiring in the capacities below:

• Team Leader (2 Openings)
• Quality Assurance Analyst
• Trainer (2 Openings).

Responsibilities

• Team Leader will lead content moderators
• Quality Assurance Analyst will analyze content moderators' works
• Trainers will train content moderators.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND or Degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in the same level of position being applied for in the Call Centre for 1 to 3 years.
• Candidates MUST have an International Passport and be ready to travel at short notice.
• Only Hausa Supervisors with good communication skills required.
