Job Responsibilities
- Assists in using data analysis to support business functions in decision making.
- Recommend process improvements methods, and optimization using data visualization.
- Perform investigative reports and follow up on corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaises with relevant stakeholders to create a prioritised list of needs for each business segment.
- Support capacity building for users of BI tools.
- Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by Lead, Business Intelligence/RH.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or similar area of study.
- Certification in Relational Database Management System would be an added advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong data mining experience.
