Job Description
- Help improve customer service in your area by providing your opinion on services to organizations through Mystery Shopping.
- Shoppers visit locations and observe the atmosphere, interact with employees, make purchases, and report back on their experience
The visits will include;
- Evaluating the service you receive from the employees
- Observance of the cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff interacted with
- Evaluating knowledge of products offered, quality of service received Observance of ambiance and the maintenance of structures/fixtures
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification - OND/ HND / B.Sc
- Required Experience- Entry Level (no experience required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills Strong ability to stay focused
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with PCs and knowledge of and using Microsoft (Word, Excel) preferred
- Ability to write comments and narratives is an added advantage
- Target driven/ability to work under pressure
- Availability is key - visits involve travelling and working weekends
- Field work/acting skills as well as experience in sales is an ad-on
- We are looking for serious-minded people who are dedicated to quality, detail and professionalism.
- The ideal candidate must be at least 22 years of age.
- Training will be provided for successful candidates once shortlisted
