We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Operations Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Supervise small projects at all levels and set clear objectives.
  • Develop business plans and proposals.
  • Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management.
  • Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits.
  • Responsible promoting sales of properties.
  • Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the company services.
  • Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
  • Deal with procurement, maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
  • Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
  • Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Resolving issues regarding beach services, amenities, and policies.
  • Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
  • Creating and applying a marketing strategy to promote the company’s services and amenities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Hospitality Management or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
