Job Title: Business Operations Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Supervise small projects at all levels and set clear objectives.
- Develop business plans and proposals.
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management.
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits.
- Responsible promoting sales of properties.
- Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the company services.
- Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
- Deal with procurement, maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
- Resolving issues regarding beach services, amenities, and policies.
- Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
- Creating and applying a marketing strategy to promote the company’s services and amenities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Hospitality Management or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
