Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strong digital marketing strategy, covering SEO/SEM, databases, emailing, social media optimization and display ads.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence in order to maximize its impact.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Keeping track of all the digital marketing campaigns in order to measure and evaluate their performance, comparing it to the set goals and metrics.
• Brainstorm and come up with innovative ways to improve the business' growth and profitability.
• Plan, implement, and review experiments and conversion tests.
• Working with internal teams to create and improve landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate the full customer journey across different channels and touch points.
• To maximize user engagement and conversion
• Analyzing new technologies and offering expert opinions to decide on their adoption
• Develop projects to create content
• Publish digital marketing content online
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualification: BSc / HND in Marketing or related course
• Experience: 4 to 6 years.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
