Job Summary
- Our client is seeking to fill the role of a Banking and Finance Lawyer who is experienced in advising on technical, strategic and procedural aspects across the spectrum of problems.
Summarized Job Description
- Ensure effective management of time, effort and resources in order to generate maximum efficiencies.
- Prepare fee matter estimates and quotations.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and staff alike.
- Provide technically sound legal opinions and technical advice to clients.
- Review of Transactional documents.
- Legal and Advisory and carry out due diligence.
- Corporate Searches and corporate affairs commission.
- Prepare banking, finance and security documents.
- Review of Transactional documents.
- Make a constructive contribution to the non-chargeable activities of the practice group and the firm.
Person Specification
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
- 10 - 12 years Post Qualification Experience.
- Experience within a Leading Firm is essential.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must possess analytical skills.
- Must have done litigation.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills and computer
