Moyosola Olalekan Outsourcing Services - Our client is an indigenous retails fashion house based in Lekki, Lagos and Abuja and specializes in bespoke luxury outfits for men; with Show Rooms in Abuja and Lagos.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO, Male Expatriate)

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Chief Operating Officer (COO, Male Expatriate) will be responsible for running the entire operations in the fashion house and ensure the business operations runs smoothly.
  • He will be required to oversee all the staff, client, show rooms within Lagos and Abuja. Drive sales targets and the quality taste and style of clients are adequately met to bespoke orders. As well as lead the entire staff team. This position will report directly to the Managing Director.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire male fashion outfit and meet client specification
  • Lead the staff team and ensure business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Must be able to sew in order to take client measurements and requests.
  • Managing organizational sales targets, and overseeing the sales reps in showrooms
  • Meeting planned monthly sales goals
  • Drive quality customer service to ensure clients are well attended to
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Oversee all company transactions, and ensure all vendors are paid on time and rejected goods are returned quickly.
  • Ensure the image of the brand is maintained consistently / improved upon
  • Constantly display ethical leadership, update the team on business performance, and encourage/ motivate the team
  • Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports
  • Developing and overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices to drive sales for the company
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in any field 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the sales of bespoke Male luxury wears or in the Male fashion industry.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the male bespoke fashion industry is a must
  • Knowledge of male fashion and sales to high end clients
  • Experience in sewing of male wears is a must
  • Excellent customer relationship management.
  • Strong leadership management skills to lead and direct sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently within Nigeria
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Result-oriented and sales-driven

Salary
