Job Summary
- The Marketers will be responsible for developing unique campaign ideas to market the company’s properties. He/She must be able to administer all aspects of the firm's marketing plans, make internal and external communications, and social media.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Establish strategic marketing plans, draft new prospects, manage clients and ensure their needs are met
- Liaise with other team members for the marketing of the company’s properties.
- Develop content for digital marketing campaigns including email, social media online marketing.
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
Skills and Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in any field of study
- Experience: 1 year +
- Good marketing skills and negotiation skills
- Interpersonal and a confident personality
- Previous experience in sales of properties is an added advantage
