Job Title: Head of Corporate Resources

Job Description

• Our client is seeking to hire a Head of Corporate Resources to manage corporate affairs, and oversee the operations of human resources, administrative assets and facilities.
• The ideal role holder will be responsible for developing and managing strategies that govern daily corporate activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Manage the Bank’s Corporate Communication strategies and reputation.
• Manage the Bank’s Corporate Image.
• Provide direct oversight leadership for the Head of HR/Admin
• Other duties may be assigned by the Managing Director or the Board of Directors.

Person Specification

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in Social Sciences or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years work experience with at least 5 years spent in a related senior management position
• Post-graduate qualification and a relevant Master’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• Good working knowledge of real estate and mortgage industry practices, both in Nigeria and globally.
